  • That looks yum Bubbs. I was starving when I got in this evening, had a stir fry, took me longer to prepare the veg than it took to cook, but it was divine, ha d some cooked chicken and some left over brown rice from last night, so only had to chop some pepper, mushrooms & onion, not cooked one for ages and had forgotten how quickly we can produce a healthy meal without resorting to temptation.

    Thanks for my birthday wishes.
The food all looks delicious as usual. Loving the chat about consultants and the different approaches. This current one I have doesn’t take diaries to fill in…..she asks people to fill them in to look back on themselves and notice mishaps😳 my old consultant use to have a basket full she went over every week. The old consultant did weigh in and 1 hour of image therapy……this new one does half an hour and half an hour image therapy……
ive celebrated mine and dds birthdays…had a few days with her and eaten healthily but not especially SW. I’ve enjoyed my time off plan and got my head around some things that were bugging me. So back on plan tomorrow and I’ll see what the damage is on Wednesday😏

Morning all, hope the head's OK @bubbs.  I've never heard of anyone falling asleep on the loo before!

Gosh the wind and rain was bad last night.  Going to need to go out into the garden later and clear up all the leaves which have come off next door's trees!  No one living there at the moment but even when there was they never bothered with the garden.  We've been having to cut back the trees because they're hanging into our garden - there's one tree which is hanging over so far it stops my washing line going round so have always had to cut that one back but it's really annoying having to do it so much.

Have had a UTI for the last couple of days and been on antibiotics which is why I haven't been drinking; nothing to do with the antibiotics just that I didn't want anything acidic to make things worse.  Things have definitely improved now so may have a drink this evening, will see how I feel later.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - cheeseburger in WM roll - HEB; S; 2.5
D - duck breast, roast potatoes, roasted veg, runner beans and petit pois - P; S; F; 1

    HEA1 - milk
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5; cheese slice 2; duck breast 1

    Have a good day everyone.
