Yes, SW has signalled that by making them just free and not speed so I'm sure you have a point by looking at your fruit intake.bubbs said:
Dinner almost ready. I had a veggie omelette at about 3 pm for my lunch. That makes 4 eggs today but it doesn't happen often.0 -

On the toilet!
Morning all, forecast not nice today with lots of heavy showers. Unfortunately have to go out as have dentist appointment this morning so will also get the bit of shopping I need while I'm in town. Don't need a lot but really need to get some eggs have completely run out! Feels like my right arm's been cut off with no eggs as I seem to use loads.
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette - HEA2, P
L - jacket potato, beans, salad - F; S
D - mushroom stroganoff, rice - S; F; 3
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - 20g Primula Light 1; 50g creme fraische 2 (needs using up so using that instead of fromage frais! - sure it will be much creamier!)
Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone, I had a very synful weekend - of the alcohol variety! I had one too many wines and paid the price yesterday. I'm not even going to count the syns as peanuts also featured so line drawn and back on it. Least yesterday was zero as it was mainly water I had.
Today's plan:
B - toast HEXB, jam, milk HEXA for coffee thoughout the day
L - Mushroom soup
D - gammon steak, veggie hash, broccoli, cauliflower
Syns - 2 jam, 1.5 chilli sauce
Have a good day all.0
