Got a huge purple cauliflower in the farm shop on the way back from town so cauliflower cheese will be going on the menu in a couple of day's time!  We're going to have some of it tonight with the casserole and mash.

See your still having odd breakfasts @bubbs!  As long as you enjoyed it.

Why not have a few of those crackers from M&S with some cheese @bubbs. That would use a few syns? 🤔

I've not eaten purple cauliflower either. They look lovely though as do all the different squashes around at the moment. 🎃

First time I've had purple cauliflower to be honest.  It tastes exactly the same as white cauliflower!  The colour comes out in the water just like when you cook red cabbage and the cauliflower was more blue than purple once cooked but we both enjoyed it even if it did look a bit weird on the plate!

Just wondering what it'll be like eating blue cauliflower cheese!!!
