Yes i am having a banging burger in a bun 🤣 that's why i counted the baked apple i have put 7 syns for that on my log

Oh yes could syn the mlk and have 2 cheese as hexa, why didn't i think of that 🤣would have been easier 🙄

Just weighed the cheese there is a mound when grated, trying to use both hexa and hexb and some syns, see how long it lasts 😂

Just change your SAS log, if your consultant says anything just say you changed your mind about how to work your syns and HEs!

You could always add some grated cheese when you have an omelette to use a HEA @bubbs. 🤔

I made cheese sauce for lasagne on the hob and it caught so I had to start again. ☹️ Second time I made it in the microwave but did the cheese by eye as I was fed up with it. Fortunately I'm not going to WI this week. 😁

All washing dried and ironed and put away. 😇

breakfast - heb breakfast barm with bacon, egg, mushroom and tomato 
dinner - hea cheese and apple with cucumber and tomato 
tea - 2 low fat sausage ? 4 syns, onions and mash 1/2 syn for little bit of spread 1 syn gravy

DH rang and said can you pick me up so bit earlier tea 😁
