Well done @bubbs and @TakeItEazy on your losses.

Do hope the SAS logs show something up for you @bubbs.  Is your consultant going to look at them or are you just doing it so you can see if there's a problem, which I think is how they're normally used?  It's usually something simple like not enough Speed (not in your case though!); not measuring Healthy Extras or guessing (wrongly) the number of syns in something.  Do hope it shows something up although from what you post on here I can't see that unless it's something to do with not counting all syns or perhaps you're not having enough of them!

Glad you managed to get an emergency dentist appointment to get your broken tooth sorted.  Hopefully the pain will have gone once the anaesthesic wears off.  It certainly worked for me when I had a really painful toothache.

Well done @TakeItEazy, @Suffolksue and @bubbs. All losses matter! 👏👏👏

I had a SW friendly fry up for breakfast
I've been grazing while prepping salads, for tonight's dance, so no proper lunch but all good Speed and I had a banana for some energy. Supper later is only likely to involve syns in dressings but I've promised myself wine syns when I eventually get home. 🤣

Sue, a loss is a loss, at least it is going in the right direction & is more likely to stay off. We have a lady in our group who for the first time in over a year weighed less last week than when she started coming, but gained again this week. She is quite a large lady so in theory, she should be a lot further down the road, as she was in the group our consultant had to take over, she will now get “1-2-1” support and hopefully that will get her on track, but when you consider how much it has cost her per lb loss, it is disheartening.

A smile costs little but creates much :)

    Blimey, that is depressing.
