You are having a few carbs @bubbs so not all bad. Do you ever fancy a piece of toast or some crispbreads in the evening if you haven't had your HEB? I'd have had a roll or Ryvita with your breakfast or lunch on your menu. It's just not something you're in the habit of.🤔1

I don't want to get into the habit of having something later for the sake of it 😏Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Evening all
I must confess I was one of the weirdos who liked ScanBran. I used to eat it with beans on it to soften it up, but yes it was just like cardboard!Glad to see there’s so many who agree about Mugshots!@maman- the garlic I used (Morrison’s) is definitely synned- I scanned it through the app just to be sure. 1/2 a syn per tbsp.I had actually planned to do an SP day today (yes, naughty I know) but when I took my blood sugar at teatime it was quite low so I added some pasta. Work has been very draining today- I was exhausted when I finished. 1 more day though and I’m on A/L for two days thankfully.Today’s food:
B: Blueberries and fat free natural Greek yoghurt
Snack: Sandwich with HEXB bread and ham, 4 Syns for spread
L: SW wild garlic burgers, mixed veg, 3 Syns for sauce
T: Speedy bolognaise (5% mince, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes with a bit of Worcester sauce and Tabasco) brown pasta, salad. Dark chocolate (4.5)
S: Crisps (6.5)
Syns: 18

Went to see Waitress last night, was so good to see something live again! My friend cooked lasagne, not nearly enough speed for my liking but hey, knew there would be syns involved, but there wasn't as many as I thought there may be, was yum though! Got back much later than I expected as both the M23 & A23 were closed, so had to be guided home via the scenic route, on the plus side, I had to stop to allow a deer stroll across the road, was lovely to see
Got a pile of ironing to do tonight, also need to go through some clothes which employer has stored here (he owns the place so it is allowed!) so I can take home some to wash & then forward on to refugee charity which is looking for clothes, just as well dinner will be quick, have chicken which was cooked in slow cooker on Sunday, so just need to deal with veg, not sure if I will go SP or not.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

Morning all! Glad you had fun at Waitress @Gettingtherequickly , can't wait for all our cancelled shows to come around early next year.
Went for a run this morning and it was FOGGY. Might have to switch to afternoon runs going forwards - felt totally safe but the fog was making my breathing a bit more difficult than usual. Came back to usual breakfast of ff yogurt and blueberries, lunch is going to be roasted tomatoes on toast with light philly and then dinner it ham and leek hash (still working through the glut of potatoes that we had in the garden!).
