  • Well done Klew, SSG, Denise, you must be chuffed at stating in range. Another 1lb bites the dust for me, back to my usual process, but at least it is off.

That's an excellent loss @klew356 and a day early too! Well done! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

ETA - missed your pound @Gettingtherequickly. Good to be back to winning ways. 👍

Have a good holiday @ruby_eskimo and you can tell us all about it when you get back. I'm wondering where you're going in Wales. 🤔❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Normal service is resumed today @bubbs and we're having Fake KFC! 😋 I've only done jury service once and found it interesting except for all the hanging round.

I know how you feel @joedenise. It's such a relief to know you're still in target. You did really well considering you've just been away for a few days.

I've taken a leaf out of your book and been washing most days this week. As well as the usual stuff, I thought I'd take advantage of the continuing good weather and wash all my jumpers and cardigans before the cold weather sets in. Its given me a chance to sort out some stuff for the charity shops at the same time, very cathartic.

We're out twice this coming week but tomorrow is another dancing evening with a cold meat and salad menu. The other time is actually on Thursday so technically in the next syn bank instalment! 😁

I've done my food shop and meal plan for the week. There are gaps on the shelves but, so far, I've managed to get everything I need.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), spring onion, tomatoes, cornichons (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, green stuff, tomato, garlic mushrooms with HEA2 (S)
    Syns- weekend wine😀

    Morning all

Well i had a loss but not as much as i hoped 1/2lb but better than a gain, gave me SOS logs in.

Bloody queueing for petrol when i took dh work at 7.30 and blocking the rds!! never seen so much traffic on a Saturday morning!

When i came from slimming i needed to go wilko, as i was passing Tesco noticed no queues so whipped in there and filled up :D but they had massive signs, no diesel , yet the big gas guzzlers were looking at every pump just to make sure!
