Love this lolpatient_dream said:To add further, the lorry drivers who must legally take a break get caught by the cowboys.
Here is an amusing picture showing Boris talking to the Queen. If she does accept the 3 month part time job, doubt she will stop at Roadchef

well it's been a long time since I posted on here - but today I received a court date of 16th March - virtual
Strangely I expected it to request that I submit a witness statement, but it is only asking the Claimant shall no later than 2 clear days prior to the hearing supply a PDF bundle to include
1. A concise statement of the issues between the parties
2. A chronology
3. A draft order
Just before Xmas I had a letter saying that I would be asked to provide a witness statement in the court hearing letter and told when it should be submitted - but there is nothing on there!
Should I ring the court?1 -
You could do , but check your court order front and back , because it usually says to do so XX days before the hearing , so typically 14 days before , it could be on any of them , if you have had more than one
If in doubt , don't give us hearsay , show us Redacted pictures , so we can see what you have seen , a picture paints a thousand words ! Just ensure that it doesn't show any personal information3 -

Here is the letter I received today - the previous letter was just telling me that it was being transferred to Milton Keynes County Court0 -
...and what was on the next page - maybe on the back of that page?3

Agreed , I did mention checking the back , and showing us the pictures ( plural ) lol 😁😁KeithP said:...and what was on the next page - maybe on the back of that page?
I suspect that the defendant will have to agree a joint bundle , that the claimant then prepares and sends to all parties a few days before the hearing , so I believe that the defendant must send the claimant their part of that jointly agreed bundle ( so should liaise with the claimant or their lawyers , if used )
There is no way that the defendant would not be expected to prepare their bundle or submit it at some point , those details are probably on the back of the Court order above , because the front has told the claimant what to do!2 -
These days, when courts are using virtual hearings, they often direct that the claimant send a bundle and will have told/will tell the defendant to liaise with the claimant to make sure that their witness statement etc., is included.3
