I suspect that the defendant will have to agree a joint bundle , that the claimant then prepares and sends to all parties a few days before the hearing , so I believe that the defendant must send the claimant their part of that jointly agreed bundle ( so should liaise with the claimant or their lawyers , if used )

There is no way that the defendant would not be expected to prepare their bundle or submit it at some point , those details are probably on the back of the Court order above , because the front has told the claimant what to do! 

The reason I didn't scan in the only other page was because it was just this!

Ok, then it will be in the Notice of Allocation to the small claims track from a few months ago in 2021.

I just looked at a Milton Keynes one I have by email and the person is at your stage but the directions about filing and serving WS 'not later than 14 days before the hearing' were in the NOA last August.

I agree , it must be on an earlier notification , with the typical wording mentioned above , so on the NOA

My Witness Statement is due next week and I am keeping it based on the defence - It was mentioned above that someone else is at the same stage as me - do you know if it has actually gone to court, or did CP Plus withdraw prior to the hearing..
I am trying to guage the chances of this actually getting to the hearing..

Loads of CP Plus cases are here on the forum, claims all the time!

Rarely see any hearings.  Many are discontinued when a decent WS hits them.

Witness Statement is due next week and I am keeping it based on the defence 

Good, but read others to see the whole bundle.

The WS by @jrhys and @Nosy are the best 2021 examples of how the bundle and exhibits should all look, with pages numbering and evidence, plus a costs assessment.

But of course, there is now more to add to the 2021 efforts!

Well after I submitted my witness statement DCB legal send me their one that they sent several weeks ago but hadn't cc'd me - which i believe they were supposed to according to the court hearing letter.. but thy basically said that the defence was a standard one available on the internet and not worth the paper it was written on and said things like this... 


 and for me the one that has made me think - wow - really - this is a motorway services.. and they say it twice.. if someone needs to rest where else are thy supposed to go!!!!

I just laughed when I read bits of it and thought - seriously how can it be taken seriously - I am almost looking forward to taking it to court! Seriously to say that if you don't like the signage terms you can find somewhere else to park - good luck on a Motorway in the middle of nowhere!
