Welcome Jennystarpepper I've added you to the chart
Hopefully if your other half is wanting to lose weight as well it will avoid having too much temptation in the house
Zaifro I worked long hours on Saturday so it was a two ice cream day for me, luckily there are no more lollies in the freezer to lead me astray. I'm going to blame our IT if I gain weight tomorrow

My week 2 weigh was this morning - although I do weigh every day. Last Wednesday 185.85 - today 181.77 - so I would say that’s:
4lbs loss
I don’t expect there to be a 4lbs loss every week - but I think the weight moves a little quicker as you’re heavier / and becomes harder to shift as you approach your goal. But another step towards fitting my clothes again! The focus on calorie control (strict) and exercise is paying off.Good luck to others - look forward to seeing your results - no matter which way they go.9 -
Weighing in with a -1lb loss ,a bit disappointed as was hoping for more ,will try harder next week

Evening All
Happy with my loss of -2lb this week, still getting my heard around cc, I seem to have quite a lot of calories left each day, I've read that you're meant to eat as close to your full amount as possible, but I'm not that hungry? I think because I don't eat breakfast I have that amount left, I do intermittent fasting 16/8 so really only 2 meals a day.
L (lo)minestrone soup with 1 grilled sausage, grapefruit and mini roll
D (bit weird but the kids have oven chips and chicken dippers on Wednesday, I do not like oven chips and couldn't be bothered to make something just for me!) rice, 2 boiled eggs and sprouts

Good morning everyone
Brambling can I record a loss of 18lb which sounds great but I have been living on hospital food for a while as I have been very ill with sepsis again. The NHS staff were amazing but I can report that the food leaves a lot to the imagination. I've come home this afternoon and had a proper meal of posh sausages, baked beans and mash. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious I practically scraped off the pattern on the plate.
Well this weight loss brings me to unchartered waters as I haven't seen my weight this low for many years. Don't get me wrong, I am hardly a little twiglet but I am going to do my best to keep going. Now this is the point where I usually sabotage myself but I feel differently this time. My illness was certainly exacerbated by my weight and it didn't only affect me but also all the staff who had to help heave my old carcass around.
Right, I have a new attitude a fridge full of insulin and hope for the future. Good luck everyone xx8 -
Oh sorry, can I have a new target of 14lb please xx4

L:- cup a soup, last of the corned beef, lettuce
D; Oh dear - I'd made a rather large pork/turkey layered pie over the last two days as I had some pork mince and pork shoulder ln the fridge that wasn't cooked, Unfortunately, I already had all the other ingredients needed so I set about making a 25cm layered pie. I just had to have a small slice last night to see if it was correctly seasoned and the jelly had filled all the spaces and set properly.
No doubt it will be demolished by DH and staff/family over the next couple of days as the weather is going to be hot. I just need to stay out of the way at lunchtime.
Weigh-in will be Friday!!

Reporting another half a pound loss please. If it keeps this up regularly I wont mind at all.
I have solved the terrible heartburn problem and was blaming the diet unfairly when the real culprit turned out to be the gluten free gravy granules we had switched to. No idea why.
I haven't read back yet, and will do that later.5
