Reporting a 1lb loss this past week.  I'm a tad confused because there were several days where I ate more than I really wanted to - I have a theory that my weight loss (or lack of it) might correspond to the previous week's food intake!

    Hi,

I'm reporting a 1lb loss this week. It takes me below the bottom of my target range but I'm going to drop the target by a couple of pounds. I brought some M&S trousers online, the larger size was too big but the smaller ones were just slightly too tight. I think they will be more comfortable if I drop another couple of pounds.

Thank you to those who post a food diary, it is very interesting to see what others are eating. I could not get by on the very small amounts some are having. I would have to eat the plate as well.
