This might be a bit controversial, but regarding sugar cravings, my suggestion is to simply eat the sugar on its own.
A teaspoon is only 16 calories, and even a tablespoon is 48, so if it does the trick it might be better than chomping through a heap of biscuits when all you want/need is the actual sugar?
Or a cup of sweet tea, of course.

@cymruchris can I add baked Cheesecake and any type of Birthday cake to that!
Food yesterday
B - 1 Alpen light and fruit....(Mr Pepper is in the extra good books as he made a trip to T3sco as S@ins failed to deliver my bars) Have bought the Orange / Jaffa ones to try from Alldi to try and they are ok, good to have as a back-up, 2 less cals a bar and half the price.
L- Leftover BBQ Turkey steak in Peri Peri (Manndos X hot) 2 small new spuds and tomato
D - Chilli with a few new spuds and salad (made with 2% Turkey mince), I make this with a couple of teaspoons of Chipotle paste from T3sco, it is very low cal and nearly zero fat, I also chuck in fresh, powder and flakes of chilli. I had a small bowl of this for lunch today and it filled me up... score.
Fruit is added through the day
Win - still not had bread
Treats Gin and a small bowl of Alldi Tripple Choc Ice cream

Airfryer question please.
Do you have one, are chips any good and what else do you use them for?
Have been pondering over them for ages, but do not want to buy something to gather dust. I don't eat any meat (nothing on 4 legs) I do eat chicken and turkey, and can't eat anything with bones. I am not Vegi. I just don't like meat...just like some don't like chocolate.
Or shall I save my money and have the odd bag of Chippy chips or other takeaway as the odd treat 3 /4 times a year.

I have an actifry and it's been gathering dust for the past six months. I only used to use it to make chips and to be honest it was so noisy that I went back to using oven chips. In the interest of honesty we also have a deep fat fryer but while the chips are lovely, the smell of frying is gross and I hate how it lingers for hours. I am happy using the oven.4
