I’ve had a bit of a frustrating week - whereby my exercise is up, my calorie intake is down, and for a few days the weight just wasn’t moving. (It actually went up one day). It finally dropped a little this morning to give me a loss of just over 2lbs, but as always I felt it should have been more with the effort exerted - but never mind - every step downwards is a step towards the end goal. On my last weight loss there were some plateau periods.Yesterday I did a 17km bike ride and a brisk 4km uphill walk on a treadmill, I also kept my calories to around 800 (I tend to watch data a lot - and use an Apple Watch which tracks my movement and exercise) does anyone here also use an Apple Watch? This was my yesterday:It’s always good to see all of your drops, and hearing your stories, I know we’re all at different stages, with varying degrees of success - so even if you’re ‘sts’ing a lot - don’t be too hard on yourself, even that’s an achievement. Good afternoon everyone
Had a good couple of days with little cravings which were easily ignored. I have been cooking a lot more as I am making 2 different meals mostly. I don't mind as long as they can be prepped first thing when I have some energy.
Todays meals are :
b - sausage and a couple of hard boiled eggs
l - carrot sticks and houmous
d - all the little bits that have been leftover this week and salad
s - scotch egg and an apple
My alternative flours and other bits and pieces have finally arrived so I will be experimenting tomorrow.

Proved at the weekend I can’t be trusted with chocolate,went to pay for petrol and succumbed to Aero light and dark chocolate at the till .said it was a ‘sharing bar told myself it would last 3 days🤣Did it heck ,ate the lot in one day then synned it ,24 !,

I'm happy today 😁 this week my no process sugar or unhealthy snacks worked this week with a 3.5lb loss 😁. I may not be smiling next WI as I'm on holiday next week 😬

hi all been hectic this week been trying to keep up my food logging steps etc but TOM meant I ate everything lol I weighed myself on 3rd and I've lost 9lbs since the start of July using different scales at Drs confused me so I'm sticking with once a week using the boots scale I think keeping my print outs in my food diary will help keep me motivated and see where I've gone wrong or right
I'm also trying to track inches once a month and I've lost 3 inches at my waist and an inch each at chest hips thigh and arm.
any advice for the monthly sweet carb chocolate craving?

Slinking in with a gain of +2lb this week, I lost the plot on Sunday as was way over my calories, still adjusting from SW to CC.
Finally back to work on Saturday after nearly a month of isolation (first the branch was shut for a week, then my family caught it, then me!) so hopefully that should help as I'll be on my feet all day so my steps should increase 😃 I'm free from tomorrow and am planning a lovely long walk (despite the threat of rain)
todays meals
L quesadillas with ham and cheese
D balsamic chicken with cherry tomatoes and noodles
going to have a chocolate mousse later and have bought some sugar free jelly (thanks for the tip x)

T3sco and S&M do low cal toffee, choc, fresh cream meringue you could have one in a bowl with strawberries and rasps.
Mr Kip 99 cal choc cake bars are good
Skinny c0w Mint N Choc ice cream on a stick are nice

Or just have a nice slice of cake, enjoy it / gets it out of the system.... and be good for the rest of the week.
