I've been sneaking from chubby to fat to obese to well my dentist needs me to use a special chair I NEED to lose weight I've lost 2lb last week and need momentum support and !!!!!!-kicking i want to be constant and healthy so my weekly goal is 2lb a week so my goal by Sept 18lb... off to have a read around and see ...

Is it UK based? I have looked at ITrackbites, but it is American and so is most of the food listed, plus the confusion with cups.5 -

I've given myself a kick up the *** as well, I've been pottering along with a good day followed by a bad day, so i need to shake myself out of that. I'm going to try to have a really good week to kick start myself again and going to try to avoid any 'treat's as that's a slippery slope for me - just one never stops at one
B- 0% greek yoghurt, banana, strawberries, blueberries
L - pasta with tomato and veg sauce and 20g grated cheese
D - Jerk lamb steak with dirty rice and peas (black beans!) tenderstem broccoli and french beans
S - pineapple and loads of water!!
If I write it down hopefully at 9pm I won't succumb to something sweet

I had Gin! Oh dear, but it was very nice. I did eat strawberries while I was drinking,
