Spoke to Northampton CCBC just now - The operator said that ccbcfees@justice.gov.uk is the correct address to send my application pack to. She said it wouldn't show on my file for a few days but as long as I'd received an automated reply (which I have) then everything is okay.Coupon-mad said:I think phone the CCBC and check they got it.4 -
Got a letter from CCBC today acknowledging my application has been received and the case has been transferred to the County Court.

Now just have to wait for a letter confirming dates and stuff.2 -
Received a 2nd letter from DCBL today, a “Pre Enforcement Letter”. Shall I email them a copy of my letter from the CCBC showing the case is going to court for a set aside hearing?Am I within my rights to tell them to (politely) sod off for now?

Contact them (NOT BY PHONE) and tell them that their client is well aware that an application has been made to set aside the defectively served claim and wipe the CCJ. Attach a copy of the N244 and the email from the CCBC confirming it has been allocated. Tell them to go swivel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, exactly what I wanted to do! They don’t have an email on the letter, probably purposely so people feel like they should ring. I’ll find one on their website and send it there. Then I’ll send a paper copy of everything, just to be sure.Coupon-mad said:Contact them (NOT BY PHONE) and tell them that their client is well aware that an application has been made to set aside the defectively served claim and wipe the CCJ. I sent it to about 5 different DCBL emails in the end. Let them enjoy a taste of their own carpet bomb strategy!Jenni_D said:A quick search found complaints@dcbltd.com
