Got a letter from CCBC today acknowledging my application has been received and the case has been transferred to the County Court.
Now just have to wait for a letter confirming dates and stuff.2 -
Received a 2nd letter from DCBL today, a “Pre Enforcement Letter”. Shall I email them a copy of my letter from the CCBC showing the case is going to court for a set aside hearing?Am I within my rights to tell them to (politely) sod off for now?0

Contact them (NOT BY PHONE) and tell them that their client is well aware that an application has been made to set aside the defectively served claim and wipe the CCJ. Attach a copy of the N244 and the email from the CCBC confirming it has been allocated. Tell them to go swivel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
