Haha definitely! I assume Mr Khan was from Elms Legal, as it was their firm who sent me the cheque immediately after the hearing.
Guess so, they are bed fellows.  One thing is for sure, Mr Khan did a lousy job

Mr Khan would have been an independent advocate for either elms or lpc
Advocate in the County Court dealing with a variety of cases, attending the courts in the North East and North Yorkshire

Well done on your win and costs.

Your report on the hearing was interesting. Visuals always seem to help and I think that the video in your hearing would have certainly shown how dark the car park was at night.  I would never underestimate the use of images, videos etc.

Good to see this aggressive ex-clamper beaten yet again. :)

    Thanks for posting it, @milkybk

Great to see that Judgment naming the car park (Broomhill) and saying that the signage is inadequate.  Others can use that judgment as an Exhibit, if they are fighting a similar case.

No sign yet of anything from the DLUHC so their detailed draft IA analysis is now anticipated in the next ten days , if it is to come in July.
