@KeithP @Coupon-mad Unfortunately not no, the email I used is correct. Please see below:

As said, I used the exact same email (which matches the one in the image  of the letter above) for the set aside hearing details.

I tried altering the email in case they've changed it since the letter was sent in March but didn't work. I assume they had to shorten it due to character limitations or something similar.

Court phone lines open at 9am, so hopefully they can advise. I haven’t actually received a confirmation letter of the date etc like I did for set aside hearing, just the first letter giving a date and saying it could be moved etc. During the set aside hearing run up I received a far more detailed one, stating exact bundles required and the exact titles that should be in all emails etc.

The court have sent you a duff email address in that notice.

As said earlier, and quoted from their website, the correct email address is either...

    enquiries.miltonkeynes.countycourt@justice.gov.uk

    or...

    remotehearings.miltonkeynes.countycourt@justice.gov.uk

Hi Keith. The email you’re suggesting doesn’t work. I have tried two variants of it.

I can 100% confirm that the email I posted was successfully used for my remote hearing details during the set aside hearing. It matches the letter. See below, email and date shown:

On phone to court now.. They've confirmed that the email in the letter is correct (I know it's odd that it's different to the enquiries email format). I've tried sending it from 3 different email providers whilst on the phone with the clerk.. All coming back failed to deliver.

They confirmed my hearing is tomorrow now too!

They've asked me to send my stuff through to the normal enquiry email... which I already have done on Friday when the remote hearings email didn't work. I then have to ring them back after 3pm today or first thing tomorrow morning if I haven't received anything back.. Which isn't great, as my hearing is now apparently in the morning.

On hold with the courts now checking up on the above, as expected, haven't received anything back from the email they asked me to use. Been in queue/on hold for an hour or so, had to ring back after 3pm. If they don't answer before they close then have to ring first thing in the morning, which is ridiculous, as the hearing is tomorrow.  :/

    Not ideal.

If you hear nothing you will have to go in person with paper copies of everything to help you follow the case even if they put you in a side room.  If the Judge is in the building you can be admitted in person to your hearing as this is their error.

Allow a good 45 minutes to get your laptop & bag/file of papers through security and to then speak to the Usher in the Waiting area, to overcome the issue.

Well the phonelines just closed, didn't get through, knew this would happen. Extremely frustrating.

Just to clarify; if I was to go to the court, even though it's a remote hearing, what would happen if the judge wasn't in the same building?

I've visited MK court a few times, there's just two security guards on the door, nobody else. Can't see it being an easy conversation to have with them or get them to understand the situation.

Like I said already: they'd put you in a side room and set up remote access.  They have to let you access your hearing.

DO NOT SIT AT HOME EXPECTING TO JOIN.

You just say to the guys on the door that you are here for your hearing.  They have to let you in.

    Ok cool, thank you! :)

Will ring the court first thing anyway to chase and then will head down with plenty of time to spare. Will let you guys know how it goes tomorrow.
