Very well done, @milkybk - did you have to go in person or did they send you a video link this morning?
Anyway - Yay, you won! WELL DONE. Congrats! And you were awarded costs too.
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation this Summer?
Anticipated IN MID JULY because they have said 'before Summer Recess'. i.e. any week now!!
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

Yes I will be staying around the forums, if I can help others then I owe it to all the people who helped me to stick around.5 -
Costs - Excel tried to claim that the set aside etc was settled, however my order from it in my WS showed costs were reserved. The Judge did say to me that I was asking for too much, in terms of time taken to prepare my Defence and WS etc. But he did award me for both the Set Aside time and then the maximum allowed for the hearing today. You said you were awarded ~£200 but did you get back your set-aside fee? Without going back through the whole 56 pages, it's hard to know as your set-aside judge said costs reserved. Anyway a good win especially after your difficulties with the court's e-mail system!

Thread has got pretty long lol, all started back in 2017 and this thread was started in 2021! Certainly dragged on. Glad it's over.8 -
Cheque from Elms Legal on behalf of Excel Parking arrived yesterday, deposited with pleasure!
Haven't received the actual Court order letter yet, when I do I will post it here, just so we have it for the records to end the thread.6 -

And as if the Court's heard me, the letter/order arrived today. Uploading here in case any more cases happen in the same location/circumstances. Hopefully the wording on this order can be of help to them.
The set aside fee has already been paid back to me, hence this order just being for costs.
