I've got an Orange Pay Monthly Account which is connected to the EQ Virgin tariff, been on it for years now. I called Orange Retentions this afternoon to see what they would offer me and the girl came back with the following:
Nokia 6300 - FOC
400 Anytime X Network Mins
100 Texts
£15 per month - 18 Month Contract
Has anyone managed to get inclusive browsing thrown into a retention deal offered by Orange, i'm going to chance my hand tomorrow and ask for the
£5 Evening and Weekend bundle to be added FOC... I think i might be pushing it though.. The girl i spoke to at Orange Retentions was also very polite and pleasant!!
Well Done Orange!0 -
Last Year I upgraded my contract and was given a contract with the Dolphin Plan and Loyalty Minutes for £35 a month.
My Contract was due to expire next march but I upgraded my phone this Aprl 7-8 months into my contract and had to pay £50 contract reneal fee.
What I now understand is that my loyalty minutes will still last until March next year but my contract is another 18months. I wasnt informed that my loyalty minutes would have been extended with my renewal.
Is there anything I can do with my loyalty minutes, as without them my contract is useless. I spend over £80+ extra a month on my contract even though im paying £35 a month.
Can Orange do somthing to keep my loyalty minutes as im still using them up regardless and paying extra?0 -
Have been on a virgin EQ with orange for years, yesterday my phone died.
Phoned orange and asked for a PAC, explained I would be getting a new handset on a cashback deal on the internet.
They offered me a new Nokia 6300 with 400 mins and 100 texts 12 months at £15 pcm.
I accepted.0 -

Sam as me!!
Although I was told the deal was for 18 months.. Never had time to phone back today re asking for some free internet bundles, maybe tomorrow! I'll keep you posted.0 -
I called Orange today as I knew that my 'time' was due to look at renewing, although my current 18 month contract was running until December. Was offered the following.
Samsung G600
350 mins
300 text
Broadband
£20 per month
Compared to the other posts here this seems like a decent deal, I am currently paying £30 per month for 600 mins & 1000 text with broadband. More mins & texts than I will ever use, so I'm a happy bunny:)
Really nice guy on the phone was very happy to keep the offers coming, he went from being the upgrade guy and then put on his retentions dept hat. Made it very easy for me, sounds like Orange are doing what they can to keep their customers happy and good on em I say. I have had no real issues with them over the last year or so.
I am on Orange contract until November, and was told £50 to cancel or call again in November. Gutted lol
I am interested in the Nokia N95 at O2 Free with 400mins and 500 texts. What number at Orange should I call, for one last try before leaving them?0 -

Thats odd they seem to being deals if you are in the last 3months of your contract so I am amazed they won waiver the £50 fee.
They will tell you that the N95 is the mst expensive phone for them to buy that's why they are only giving them free for very high spenders.
They tried and succeeded putting me off the N95 as they apparently had more sent back with software issues than people have kept. I asked my friend who has a N95 what she thought about it and I have to say she said the battery never lasts the day and it does have a tendancy to freeze or turn off which would really get on my nerves.
But you never know I have spoke to other people who love it? I have gone for the E65 and at least with Orange you get to try out the phone and return it within 7 days if you dont like it.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Just got offered 400 mins & 150 texts for £15 p/m on 18th month deal. It seemed there were loads of phones on offers, but was offered free
Sony:K810i, W660i or K530.
The deal was called the generic 20.
What other freebies do you think i should ask for??, baring in mind i'm taking out 2 contracts with them?
Thanks in advanceNo one said it was gonna be easy!0 -
The first time I called orange for disconnection I was offered 500min + 100 texts for £25 with a Nokia 6300 free of charge.
After reading this thread I decided to call back and was welcomed with a "what were you thinking about?". I ended up with a K810i, 400 min + 100 texts for £ 15 a month, which works really well for me.
Tried to get a 12month contract, but wouldnt negotiate on that...
Thanks to everyone who posted on this thread!!!!:T :T :T0 -
just phoned up and got
500 xnet min

-£15 pm month 1-6
-£10 pm month 7-12
£2.50 EU caller
£8 gprs data
