Give it a shot mate - you've got nothing to lose and everything to potentially gain :)

Too late! She got impatient and ordered the HTC Sensation on TMobile at £25 a month (600mins, 500txts, 1gb internet).

Can't complain really, it's a good enough deal. And in a few months TMobile/Orange won't exist so...

    Hey people,

Just got a question. Recently got my upgrade and got the confirmation notice through which says I have 300 texts and 1000 loyalty texts, and 200 minutes with 200 extra loyalty minutes. My question is do these loyalty extra reset each month or does it mean ive got 1000 extra texts to use over the course of my 24 month contract?

Must admit my first call to Orange has totally confused me. My 18m contract expires at the end of this week and I currently pay £15.32 for
    200 mins
    U/l texts
    80MB Data

I was offered a 24 month contract with
    300 mins
    u/l texts
    750MB Data

    Galaxy S 2 £30 per month
    Desire S £25 per month
    Desire £20 per month

The thing that confuses me is if I look at my online account I can upgrade to a Galaxy 2 on a new 18m contract for a £200 upfront payment?

£110 phone cost, £15.32 monthly cost
    18 months
    100 mins, unlimited texts, 500mb

    Any thoughts??
I don't average over 100mins, but twice in last 6 months have gone over.
Would prefer a few more minutes just to be safe which I could have on 24 month contract (400m, unlimited texts, 500mb - £60 phone cost - £15pm) but would prefer a shorter contract.

Any ideas to squeeze a bit more out???? :)

Well Orange wouldn't budge so I have my PAC code. Quick Q if I had waited till I was out of contract would I still have to give 30 days notice? Thanks

Called Orange yesterday to cancel daughters phone as she bought a new contract before this one had ended. Told the lady I wanted to cancel and she asked if I could be persuaded to stay with Orange, I said no as daughter had a new phone contract and I just wanted to cancel.

She then offered me a Nokia E5 (5mp camera) 200 minutes and 500 texts per month for £5 !!!! unbelieveable, I was getting less than this for £20 per month. I now have a new Nokia E5 and a extra contract I dont need haha but offer was too good to miss
