can anyone tell me the best method to contact orange retentions?
is there a stand alone phone number to call, or what options from my mobile, as i just seem to get the upgrades dept...
Thanks
Rob
Once you get through to upgrades tell them you wish to leave Orange and have seen a better offer elsewhere etc, - they will then put you through to retentions.:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21
June: £43.15/July: £51.22/August: £90.60/September: £29.75/October: £284.07/November: £171.08/December: £29.220 -
Can I ask for a PAC code if I am still under contract? I realise I'd still have to pay my remaining 3 months.
Thanks0 -
Just got an Orange retentions deal.
Speaking to them on three separate occasions couldn't get anything decent from them.
Ended up with -
HTC Desire
18 months
£20.42 per month for 18 months
£62 initial phone cost.
Orange - 400 mins
1300 Texts
500MB Data
Its not the best deal I have seen but can't get anything better at present.0 -
Hi, Just changed my plan with Orange from PAYG to Contract and got the following deal
£7.50 per month - HTC Wildfire
650 minutes
Unlimited Texts
500MB
24 month contract
Never had a contract phone before, but I usually put £10 per month as PAYG and use approx. 100 minutes. So sounds like a good deal0 -

Hi Gambler
Although I hope you won't choose to leave Orange, you can request your PAC at any time by calling our Customer Service Helpdesk. You would be advised of how much your cancellation fee would be, due to the remaining three months of your agreement, and then sent your PAC by text within two hours.
I hope this helps.

I hit my 90 day renewal date on Monday, will I be able to get a dceent deal or will I be better off running down to the end of my contract before calling retentions?0

If you ring now you won't get the best deal ... they can see you've already made the decision to stay.
Ring up at the end of the contract and ask for your PAC ... then they will offer better deals to entice you to stay.0 -
Just spoke to retentions- enquired about the new samsung galaxy s2 which releases 1st may. Chap had never heard of it! It's the most anticipated android phone this year but nope, no idea! Told me the galaxy ace was coming up on their books- anyone else had any galaxy s2 joy before i take my 10 year custom elsewhere?!0
