They do ... They do.. Its just that deals are not there as such on iPhone. if you have been a high end user, they might discount the price of phone a bit but no discount on line rental as far as I am aware...0 -
If you're a VERY high user on the top plan and go over every months, you 'might' get a 10% loyalty discount.0

Hi,
Called orange they only offered a new Bold for £34 one off payment and £28 per month for 300 mins / ultd texts. Paying £21 a month now on discounted contract. Agent said there was no money in our contract as heavy texter and that I get no loyalty etc. Will try again if not will leave !0 -
Hi there.
My boyfriend is is on PAYG with Orange at the moment and wants to stay with them to go on a contract. He called at the weekend and haggled pretty well, and was offered the following:
100 mins
100 texts
unlimited landline calls
500mb internet
plus a FREE San Francisco
for £7.66/month.
That's a great deal but his sticking point is the lack of texts. He tried to negotiate to get at least 300 but they just wouldn't do it. He's called back another couple of times too, and last night they only offered him the above deal when HE mentioned it explicitly but again, they wouldn't raise the number of texts.
He's not a big spender with Orange (about £10 every 2 months) but he's been with them on PAYG for about 10 years now. Does anyone have any advice about whether they'll budge on the text issue? Does anyone think that if, next time he calls, he says he was offered 300 texts they will believe him?
If anyone can help, that would be appreciated.0 -

I think you have a pretty good deal. Maybe ask them to give more texts in lieu of more line rental.0 -

I should have also mentioned that he asked about lowering the amount of landline minutes, and also paying a bit towards the phone, or even getting another handset - but again, they wouldn't offer anything. He's got a PAC code to move elsewhere but I have a feeling he's not going to get a deal as good as that with a budget Android handset anywhere else.0
