Lucky you. I asked for the PAC code and the saleswitch just gave it to me. LOL.

May I ask how long you have been with Orange for and roughly how much you were spending a month?

Well done and Happy New Year to you.

Also just out of interest, if I stay with Orange but with another company say for example, a local phone shop, would they still let me keep the same number or is that not allowed?

mimi1234, Like the op said just keep trying and quote what other people have, i would not even be that nice just state my "friend" has this and i would like the same, if they say NO ask why not. keep trying its free to call but im sure you will get there in the end, i got a £20 credit because my phone turned up a day late, lady said i should not really get nothing as fault was with courier, but we had been chatting about how ill id been with a cold and she said she had been the same week previous, so would give me it as a good will gester. just keep trying different times, different people.

Thanks I will do. But won't I come across really dumb cos I have already asked for my PAC code? All this upgrading thing is giving me a right headache. I've tried the whole "my friend ...... " but they just don't wanna know. I don't get it, I don't know what I have done wrong. All my bills get paid on time. Err. Thanks for the info though.
