ready to renew and they will keep same prices but not sure on phones, got htc on main contract now not sure wether to stay htc or have a try with blackberry can have the bold for £80 or torch for 150 although not pushed on these prices yet, other handset looking at possibly e5 which will be free on racoon tariff.

any recomendations or advice on what i should try for,and can i push for better costs.

I have to say i fully recommend the Blackberry, I had a i phone from my company earlier this year, and a friend has a HTC, I must say in terms of user friendly and battery BB is by far the winner.

Just had a lil chat with someone from Retentions got offered this straight away:

    Free HTC Desire
    800 Minutes
    Unlimited Texts
    1GB Internet/Data

18 Month Contract - £20 Per Month.... Any good?

That is so UNCOOL! I have been with Orange for a number of years. I normally spend a lot of money. I was offered a HTC Desire for £50, and for £27.50 a month, 300 minutes, unlimited texts and some lame internet access. What gives? I called up again and asked for my PAC code and was given it straight away. No questions. How lame is that? So much for keeping customers.

Have they give you the PAC code or said it would be in the post. Dont worry.U can try again -- last time on the number which comes with the PAC code. If does not work, u wd get a much better deal from phone shops.. so dont fret or worry.. :) u wd get a much better deal outside!

I was hoping they would have offered me something much better today. Not even a fight. What a troll she was. Oh well. Onwards and upwards.

It is indeed uncool. This search engine turns up a deal for newcomers that has 300 Minutes + Unlimited Texts + 500MB Data
at £16.67 (with redemption). Desire comes free. 24 mths contract.

This is v good indeed. Your deal is better than anything on offer online - you have beaten the market!! May I ask what did you say to them to get such great deal?

Gosh. Orange are huge cows! I don't like them anymore. Boohoo. I actually wanted to stay with them, but not if they are trying to rip me off. Errr. Gonna have to go and find some good deal elsewhere this week.
