Yesterday I took a TYTN II, 900 minutes, 400 sms, 250MB data bundle and a 2GB micro SD card on an 18 month contract for £30.00. Very pleased with this. Just adding it so folk can use it to compare against.

    Hi
I've come to the end of an 18month contract with Orange and they've offered me the above which is adequate for my usage, I would also get a choice of new phone, one being the Samsung G600.
However I really think I may be better on a Pay as you Go scheme? I usually send 150 texts and use 1 hr of talk time each month, do you think I could get this any cheaper???

    Thanks

Wish I'd seen this earlier. My father just signed for: TyTn II, 1000 minutes, 100 SMS, and 250Mb data for £32.50/month over 18 months. Still happy with the deal but should have held out a bit more. How long were you on the phone to the retentions department? It took him 90 minutes of haggling with 2 diferent agents.

My orange contract ran out this month, so am just on a rolling contract. I got it through the CPW so I was phoned a few time but was always at work. I'm on teh dolphin 500/500 contract atm and am happy with that but would obviously love a discount. Am I best to try with CPW or Orange direct?

Also has anyone got any good deals on a blackberry with either provider?

After a little haggling I managed to get myself this deal for £10 a month, it's more than enough texts / minutes for me and a New Phone too - Chuffed to bits!

Was this a 12 or 18 month deal?

I've just rang 343 to upgrade my phone, asked about the K850i and they offered it to me for £79.99, which I don't want to pay at all!

How do you lot manage to get such good deals?
I'm on an 18 month contract, due to end in June and I'm on Dolphin 35.

What number should I ring to get offered a good deal on a plan plus a free phone and do I say I want to cancel or not??

    Thanks Diamonds :)

Do I ask for disconnections even though i've still got 2 months to run on the contract??

Someone from Orange did phone me, but I couldn't stay on the line to speak to them, they were meant to ring me back on a specific day but didn't, so I'm wondering whether to call them back myself.

    Hi
I called the freephone number on their website, I told the guy I spoke to that I was going to go on Pay as you Go spening £10 a month and he went off and spoke to someone in disconnections who then offered me the deal, it's an 18 month contract.

    I was paying £26 a month.

I would definately call them back if I was you.

    Best of Luck
