    what did they offer you?

i was offered 100 mins and 300 texts for £15 but online its unlimted texts so will be demanding that at least.

Im on dolphin at the mo for £35 a month with 500mins and 500 txts.
They offered me for £30 a month 600mins and unlimited txt a free phone of either sony erricson K850i or a samsung g600. But I saw the same offer in the sun newspaper, she said the offer was only for loyal customers. Haha, thats what they all say.

Has anyone ever managed to get a blackberry for free with Orange? I dont know how good these phones are but I saw a pink one(yes I know)but Im a girly girl but maybe pink is to over the top. When you browse to go online on these phones do they charge a lot? Thanks

Pink is exclusive to Carphone Warehouse but you should get a BlackBerry free without a problem.

Thanks Robert, I may go through the carphonewarehouse. I got my deal through dialafone as I wanted a nintendo ds for DS. I want a nintendo wii now for DS but the offers of phones are not great, will keep shopping around.

    Hi guys/girls,

My contract with Orange ends on the 7th April. I am currently on the Dolphin 35 tariff (600 mins & unlimited txts).

My monthly bill usually comes in at the price of the tariff i.e. £35 as I rarely go over my allocated minutes.

I am proposing to ask Orange for the following:

    18 mnth contract
£20/month line rental (600 mins & unlimited txts)
    Free phone (Nokia 6301)

Do you think this is realistic or could I squeeze for more?

I particularly like the SE K850i but I can't see them offering me that handset for free.

    Darren.

all the above and go for the phone you want, k850i. Its not unreasonable as say 3 are offering a 12 month deal for 500 mins and unlimited text for 25 a month to new and existing customers.

I waited till i had 2 days left on my contract, it helps you get the best deal possible. 800 minutes, 200 and unlimted landline calls. All for £17. I was also told i could have any phone i wanted for free.

I'm out of contract at the end of May, but thought I'd give Orange a call to see what they could offer me at the moment. I didn't get to the disconnections stage (I'll leave that for a few weeks), but during the brief chat was offered:

    600 mins & Unlimited texts
    or
    700 minutes & 100 texts & unlimited landline calls.

A choice of Nokia 6500 (slide or classic), N95 (the original silver one with 8GB card, but not the 8GB version as Orange don't do it apparently), Samsung G600 or LG Viewty - all free of charge.

Can't say I was overly impressed with any of these deals as I'm currently on a £35 a month plan which gives me 500 minutes & 200 texts & unlimited landline calls. I'm not particularly keen to stay with Orange either since they started charging for delivery reports (no, I can't turn them off as I need to know if they've been delivered).

I'll try again in a month or so and see what's on offer then.

Not sure if this is best deal I could have got as it seemed too easy.
I've had a few calls from CPW offering a new phone but with no monthly discount.
I called today and after spending 5 minutes with customer service then another 5 mins with retentions I was offered,

    Free Samsung G600 purple
Existing Dolphin 35 tariff with 600 call minutes & unlimited texts for 18 months @ £15 a month

My contract is up beginning May so I was just inside the last 30 days.
    Hope this helps someone.

    Lesley
