I've been waiting 12 days now for my text/email to say its back in stock. The guy I spoke to said I would only need to wait a few days.

    Just got from Retentions

    HTC Desire for £50
    400 minutes talk
    unlimited text
    unlimited internet
    £20 pcm
    24 months

I found their process for keeping you informed on stock poor, despite being told 'you're on a priority list', 'you'll be texted when it's in stock', 'phone at xx:xx and it'll be here'. It was luck that on the third day of my calling them that they just happened to have them in stock. I never had any update before or after to say it was in stock.

Retentions offered the following on 18m contracts for HTC Desire
400 mins, unlimited texts and data £20pm but £99 for handset - over 18 months the contract ends up at £25.50. Also offered 600 mins and 100 texts and unlimited data for £15pm again £99 for handset

    Seem good to me

I think with the speed of change on smartphones you need to be on 18 month deals

Hi, there is no loyalty to be had on the iphone, other than 10% discount if you already have this on your account. Meaning if you have had this on your account for the past 18months, if you upgrade to the iphone it will remain on there.

They will not put it on if you dont have it.

If you have had it in the past, but no longer, then you again will not be eligible for the 10% discount.

If your unsure if you have it, ring 150 and speak to customer services, or check your bill. It shows as 10% loyalty line rental.

Magic Numbers stay on as normal.:)

    Hi Mark22,

I have a Corporate Staff 10% Disc, (planning to take out 8GB 3GS iphone), do you think this will stay once I upgrade??

    Many thanks
