Just tried to get a decent deal, and all i got offered was Sony Ericsson X10 for £29.99, 24 month contract 900 mins unlimited text and Internet for £30 a month, which is pants!
Is it best just to request my pac code even if i have no intention of using it?:beer:0 -

It doesn't hurt.
Was that offer from upgrades or retentions ?
What phone do you want ?0 -

I just picked the option 'thinking of leaving'
That was the phone i specifically asked about, so looking at the SE X10
I already have a SE Satio which i was going to sell if i could get the X10 free, if not im happy with the satio and might try to get a decent sim only from them so im not tied in for 18/24 months:beer:0 -
The trick (if you can call it that!), is to just keep saying, 'is that the best you can do?'
They have limits (the cost of the phone has to covered over the course of the contract), but if you keep calling back and can get someone that's been there a while, they'll know how to 'play the system' to get you the best deal.
When you get the one you want, if you want to think about it, tell them to stick it on the note pad on you're acc, get the agents name and softphone number then you can call them back after you've had a think...0 -
Anyone want to reply to my above post?
Thanks0 -
It's exactly two months before the end of my contract, is it too early to phone?0

Totally Dis-chuffed with T-Mobile and I haven't even started.
My letter to T-Mobile of 16th April is below.
"I write to register my displeasure with your handling of my order for the HTC Desire.
My on line order failed due to a website error on Easter Sunday so I was forced to order by telephone 6th April. My payment has been taken, but I have had a number of false promises of dispatch; the latest being for “Monday or Tuesday” (19th/20th).
My main complaint is about T-Mobile’s appalling mismanagement of the demand for the HTC and then the little untruths told as part of the fobbing-off process; whilst covering up for the internal T-Mobile battles for stock (I suspect people who have ordered later than me have been serviced earlier). The latest being that I would be contacted today (16th); In fact, I have had to contact you to get the latest fairy tale. Note, you have now made a commitment to dispatch my new phone (not a “sloppy second” please) to me no later than 20th April). You already have a disgruntled customer; even before shipping the phone. Please do not let it continue. .... "
Now 21st and still no progress. Am I being unreasonable?:mad:0 -
