Hi,
DO NOT get a GT505 there's a problem witht eh battery losing it's charge. Orange are aware but are not informing anyone! I'm trying to get another replacement phone but not a LG505!!!!!!
Ah, thanks. Most reviews I could find about it made it seem a bit rubbish anyway.
I got offered the LG 520 too, but I went to a shop to look at it today and it just looks a bit...flimsy?! What sort of phone could I ask for in the same sort of price range?I generally lurk :0)0 -

I'm on Racoon 30 websave, paying 28£, just out of 12 months contract. Last December I got this with new HTC Touch HD which did cost me just 7.50£ to upgrade. Was well chuffed. This year no happiness though:
retentions offered either
Hero for 79.99£ (well "normal" upgrade price is 149.99£ for me, but just 99£ for new customers taking new 12 months contact) on the same tariff with no extras or
Nokia 2330 for 18£ (that's 10£ loyalty discount) with unlimited internet.
I have Orange Unlimited broadband which I pay 5£ and I can't lose it. I have seen several offers with cashback or PS3 which could work out for 10£ or less on 12 months contract but retentions wouldn't bulge on that. Any suggestions as don't really want to lose my number...0 -

Hi
Am I still unlikely to any deal on renewal for an iPhone?
Orange customer for 15 years, paying about £30 a month (225 mins and 100 texts which I never get anywhere near using, off peak data which I never use since I killed my HTC phone) and one year out of contract. But getting annoyed with texts from Orange saying I am on the best tariff when they have far cheaper ones open to new customers.
Would carry on paying what I am now, but not prepared to do that and pay out a large fee for a new phone.
All the best

There no deal for anyone, doesn't matter how long you've been with them, see further up the thread...0

It's called customer churn. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Surely though, if you take the average monthly cost of the cheapest 8gb 3g into account, Tesco cost you £3 more per month, and you've got to pay more than double up front. Not much good if you're a skint student?0
