Orange Retention Offers

I've only been paying £10 a month so didn't expect much when I renewed this week. Originally they wouldn't offer less than £15 a month on anything, but after the 3rd call I accepted:
200 xmin
Unlimited texts
Nokia 6303
for £10 p/m on an 18 month contract...quite happy with that:D0 -
Ok so I got extra Mins last time I did a contract renewal which was around 18 Months ago and have renewed recently (see back a few posts) and my loyalty Mins or extra mins or whatever they are have kind of all added up? The same goes for texts.
So last time I had 400 bonus Mins for 18 Months
This time the person agreed to 400 bonus mins for 18 months on my new tariff.
But what has happened when I look at the bill, is that the 400 Mins for 18 months is still on there and the person I spoke to has only added 200 Mins extra (which is fine if the 400 mins are going to stay as well but I was wondering if there is anyway of knowing if these things just combine?)
The other thing is on the same phone contract I had 500 bonus texts last time and this time I have unlimited but these are now both on the contract.
I have checked to see if they were interim but no they are operating over the same month.
If anyone could confirm if these will stay and why this has happened I would be grateful, many thanks! Meanwhile I will enjoy my 1000 Mins!!
Update: Just re-checked some previous bills and it seems that the 200Mins were the mins added last renewal and they appear to have no expiry and the 400 Mins are the ones added this time and they say 18 Months. So I assume that the 200 Mins are 200 bonus mins for life and the 400 mins are for the duration of the contract. Which means that for this contract I actually have 1000 X-net Mins 400 in the package, 200 Bonus for life and 400 Bonus for 18 months. (Please correct me if I am wrong, can someone also confirm what the situation is on the texts will the Unlimited Overrule the 500 bonus?)0 -
I got my Orange contract through Carphone Warehouse and have been getting calls from CPW "on behalf of Orange" about upgrading. I told them to phone back when they could offer me the N900, not that I definitely want one of those, I just wanted rid of them for the time being.
Can I still phone Orange and upgrade through retentions or would I have to be treated as a new customer to deal with them directly since I originally went via Carphone Warehouse? Sorry if that's a stupid question, but I was previously miffed to find I couldn't do a Best Plan review because I didn't buy directly from Orange, so I'm wondering if there are similar issues when upgrading.0 -

Don't know if it's still the same, but when the n95 came out I got one from cpw on orange, 18 months later, I just rang orange retentions and got a deal0 -

That plan what you have quoted would normally be £15 plus the unlimited internet at £5 so they are giving you a discount of £90 of the 18 months straight away. Did you have a phone in mind or did they offer you one at all? (can tell I've just finished my shift as it's all I've been saying to customers all day!)0 -
Hi Lufcgirl
Sorry! The offer was for £25 not £15.
The phone offered was a Nokia... can't remember which. I'd just like a phone I can surf on, play music, basic camera and oh, make a few calls on:DSome days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0
