Orange Retention Offers

Further to my last post, just wondered - because the last I spoke to didnt sound like she really knew what she was talking about - does the Orange PANTHER packages all come with Blackberry services?

I was told that the "unlimited push email" includes "unlimited internet / data / browsing as its specifically designed for blackberry devices". Now I know the Panther packages aren't ONLY compatiible with BB devices, but does this still hold true - can a Bold 9700 be fully functional and incur no extra cost provided I stay within my limits (500mb) other than the stated Panther package cost?

Is this some sort of specialised Orange-run forum/thread? (I didn't know btw ) ... just need to know where to look/ask for advice, don't wanna be p....sing off the admins..

The Panther package was designed for Blackberry devices and you will not incur any extra charges if you stay within your bundle

Got O2 to offer me an extremely good deal before I went to negotiate with Orange and then Orange Executive office decided they were going to beat it.

(Not sure about this blackberry bundle, although I would like to know more about the Unlimited 1gb fair usage policy internet!)

Good deal though, you must have built up a lot of loyalty! You must have been spending in excess of £100 a month to get a deal like that!

Yer currently backorders only, but I was told they might be able to pull some from retail so I can get them early next week. Don't know about the loyalty thing I have 3 Contracts with them all around the same as what was quoted although the other one was a Free HTC Touch HD back in the summer.

Personally I have found Orange to be fantastic and would not leave them for any other network especially given there merger with T-mob.

Hi all, little help please
My contract ended in august 2009
700mins, unlimited text, insurance, and free handset, which i was paying £30pm, but always varied between 30 - 50 on an average

sonow ive been running 4 months or so over and of course my bill has gone right up and ive been paying about £65pm

So need to sort myself a new phone out im down between the HTC hero and HTC touch HD (although do orange do the htc touch hd???)

Has anyone had any offers on these phones to go on, on how good or a deal i could get ?
Plus are there any tips on how to play the game. Can i asked to be put through to retention department or do i have to just play it that i want to leave in the hope they put me through.

Ideally id like to cut my bill down to £20pm , with unlimited texting and internet (although as far as im aware from reading through this blog they dont do unlimited internet usage for free?!)
Should i call up a few times?and do any offers they previously state remain open? whats the likelyhood of getting some other things thrown into a deal, ive read ppl getting free dongle internet usage, insurance, internet ......................

Not available on Business or Personal I don't think. (Edit just spoken to someone, only on Business due to competition with the Iphone)
