£15. if they dont offer you then threaten to disconnect and be serious about is even if it means l=placing a disconnect as you can always call back within the 28 days to cancel the disconnect

I realise I've still got 3 months left on my contract, but I just gave them a ring and to cut a long story short, they girl basically said I'd be better leaving orange in a couple of months for T-mobile. Completely useless, she wasn't even trying to keep me on.

What a headache upgrading!! I was so holding out for the Iphone but the deals are so bad.

I have now gone for the Blackberry Curve 8900 (Free), 400 mins, 400 texts, unlimited landline calls, magic numbers, unlimted emails and net surfing, Free home Broadband and £22 per month for 18 months. That will do me for a while.

Okay - plucked up the courage to ring again and got through to a lovely fella! They had no record of my previous call. This is the deal I was offered this time:

Satio - free
200mins any network/anytime
unlimited calls to landlines
300 texts
80MB data
30 mms mess/mth (was actually brave enough to ask for this as well!)

On an 18 month contract for £14.67/mth. This is a good deal for me as I can't imagine exceeding these allowances and I have never had a data allowance before. Pays to haggle doesn't it?

I rang up Orange today and was totally amazed by the lack of effort they made to retain me, I mentioned that I quite fancied a SE Satio and was looking for a deal in line with my current one whereby I get unlimited texts and 1000mins per month and pay just over £30 p/m they offered me the phone for £20 and my line rental would increase to £35 when I said I had seen better offers elsewhere and asked for my PAC code they just did that and made no further offers which I was a bit surprised by.

i've been offered w995 (67 quid), 200 mins unlimited texts £14 pm. Got them down from 127 for the phone but would like it free.

Don't think you'll get it for free I'm afraid, not on a £14pm deal, Orange need to make some profit somewhere, £67 is reasonable, I think the RRP on the W995 is £320

Has anyone got any suggestions where I go from here, Im not too keen to move networks but going by yesterdays call it doesnt seem like I will get much of a deal from Orange.
