Less than 15 pound. Band 1
Between 15 to 25 pound Band 2
Between 25 - around 39 Band 3
Between 39 - around 54 Band 4
55 Pounds and above Band 5.
Dont take this as gospel though, there are some other factors that are taken into account aswell such as how many replacement handsets you've had, how many times you've called 150 and loads of other trivial stuff.
Sounds fair to me, though that would put me in band 2 and I still got a decent deal! A bit of advice, my friend phoned up retentions quoting my offer and got practically the same deal, so if anyone sees a deal they fancy, then it could be worth quoting it to see what orange can do0 -
I currently have a contract on orange for 250mins and 75 texts for £30 but my contracts up. My phone is fine and I'm looking for a much cheaper deal.
Does a SIM only deal tie you into a fixed period like a contract? I like the sound of the deal roakes was offered.r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -

I didn't realise that would be 'upgading'. thanks for pointing that out.r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
Hi,
I've just upgraded to a Nokia 5800, but have changed my mind and want a HTC Touch instead. The package is unopened; what are my rights? Am I entitled to send the Nokia back and ask for the HTC? Who pays for the postage?
Thanks,

Unless its changed, as far as I'm aware the customer has to pay for recorded delivery.0 -

The customer will always pay for the return if you change your mind, if the phone is faulty they will foot the bill. (it states this on the delivery note that comes with the upgrade)
If you kick up enough of a stink though 9/10 operators will credit the money to your account, rather than have to listen to another angry customer.0 -
Just got these 2 deals on mine and wifeys account
1. Free Nokia 5800, 800mins,unlimited texts,500mb data 18months = £15per month
2. Free Nokia 5800, 400mins,3000 texts,500mb data 18months = £10per month
