Are you using your tax free childcare with the childminder or would you spend enough to use them up over the school holidays anyway?I don’t get tax free childcare. I used to have the vouchers but they ended a long time ago. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Sorry to hear your shoulder is playing up again. I hope you can get some physio sorted and that it really helps xx
I've been having major issues with Music Magpie, I seemed to waste hours yesterday just trying to access my account. I had to change my password but it seemed to go through OK and then when I wanted to pay for the items in my basket I kept being re-directed to a log-in page and then an error message every time I tried. No phone number on the website, the online 'chat' didn't work and the 'contact us' email resulted in an automated reply that they'd get back to me in 3 or more hours. No use really as the main thing I wanted to buy was flagged up as the 'last one' so I really didn't want to miss out. The email from them hasn't come even after about 18 hours so I've had to buy elsewhere. Their loss! Shame really as I've always been delighted with their prices and service especially for anything mobile phone-related. Sorry, whenever I come on here I seem to be whingeing or ranting about something or other

Just enjoying a glass of wine whilst waiting for my tea to cook.
Frustrated that the clothes I bought now have 25% off but I do know some still have tags on and I have the receipt so I will be going in tomorrow to return and then buy some more upstairs.
Thank you loads for the childcare thing. That will actually save me £40 a month now. It would have saved me around £60 a month had I known about it previously. I am annoyed that I have lost out for months, but have to look at the fact that I will now gain £40 a month which pays for one and a half of DD's clubs. It's all money in the bank for me.
No pay so far on the two ebay items, but bike now has a bid on it so will likely sell.
DD's team won at football again today which was great news and she is really building her confidence. I did shopping and a £41 spend. £11 of that was for the coach who took her to football. I had cash left over from football to pay for his little gifts but accidentally went in the 'card only' till lane so couldn't use it.
All the items I should hopefully be able to return tomorrow and then get should save me between £15 and £20 as a refund. I spent £61 and then the £25 voucher. It will depend what still has labels on for me to return and then what they have left in stock. Anyway, I am hoping for at least a £10 return and will be happy if it is more than that. I plan on getting a dessert from a local new shop that does the most amazing desserts. I want to treat DD to one.
We have a party tomorrow and I am really looking forward to that. Not sure what I have been saving recently, in terms on monthly money etc but it seems to be quite a bit. £80 original childcare £25 subscription £40 additional vouchers childcare and then my bike insurance will start to be saved as well. Think that is around £30 ish. It all adds up.
That money can be used as overpayments or towards Christmas for the next couple of months. x

Last time there was a 25% off I worked it the other way round. Don’t worry about what still has tags on. Re-buy everything you can then return the new things with the original receipt. If they’re the identical clothes then it makes no difference. Very glad you can use the tax free childcare. We’re lucky enough to still be in the original childcare voucher scheme because we joined early enough. Did yours close?2

ive noted down the sizes! It works out over £22 saving with everything I’ve bought.
I was but then moved employer and there was no replacement at that time. The childminder didn’t mention it even Though she’s part of the scheme. I would have loved to have been saving £60 a month.I can’t thank you enough for mentioning it this morning. It will make the difference xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Morning,
Will be an expensive day as off to buy clothes and will return later on in the week.
childcare tax free is now all set up. I’m impressed with the recent savings I’ve been making. I could see things increasing and didn’t like it but now I can see it coming down considerably. I need to do a full plan to see where it’s at. It’s at least £145 less a month now. Probably more with some of the other savings. Will just keep going. I need to keep reducing those bills!XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
