Excellent , keep checking MCOL claim history once a week , especially next week to ensure it says Defence received and logged , with the date. It my say it's been sent to the claimant , who have say 4 weeks to decide to progress or not.

When the MCOL website says an n180 DQ was posted to your son , download the n180 , fill it in with unavailable dates etc , add th digital signature and email it to the ccbcaq justice email address , same as the defence

Then keep an eye on the MCOL website to see when it's been transferred to your local county court , the one nominated in the DQ

Hi everyone wonder if you can help again, I have messed up, I acknowledged both claims at the same time, but on one it looks like I did not press continue so it didn't acknowledge properly I could have swore I did, but when I went on last week it hadn't continued so I pressed it then. I checked it on the 23rd and acknowledged it then I thought no more about it, no excuse but I work 12 hours and was trying to complete in work, and I mustn't have pressed the continue button and didnt realise. This is now obviously out of the 14 days and now D has received a notice of judgement today as not complying.  Will I need to pay this one or is there any way to rectify the cockup.  thanks

Too blurred to read. Please host it on Dropbox then post the link here.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's just a letter from the Claimant's solicitor.

What does the MCOL Claim History have to say?
Copy and paste the whole lot here. It's only four or five lines.

It's not a court , it's the CCBC , a government office with civil servants

Login to MCOL website and check the claim history , if Judgment hasn't been served , do the AOS online asap

If judgment happened , I cannot advise you

I can neve understand why people rarely show us a copy and paste of the claim history !! Or photos of letters
