80's kids would never have survived a 2020's upbringing. Corona Virus, Monkey Pox, no holidays abroad, , tiny new build bedrooms, threat of nuclear war (ok Trump may have saved us from that)0

This might have been covered but can you extent or convert the loft etc? We can’t afford a 4 bed so we’ve bought a 3 bed and are planning on changing the garage into a room/ extent in a few years.0

Assuming shared custody means 50/50, then the kids are only in the bedrooms half of the time. Alternate the shared custody days, and they each get a day sleeping alone in their shared bedroom.
