    The contract for this car park (section 9d) states that the landowner receives all of the PCN revenue.

    And at 2(a), OPS confirm that they are not acting as an Agent or employee of the Landowner.

    What's in it for OPS then?  Has Anthony R-W got some 'hold' over them?

    'PCN factory' I like that!  Might use it and you can guess where...nice phrase.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    My main worry is the claim will land during the summer break while I am away and I'll have to scramble around while not at home to respond.
    @Coupon-mad, I don't speak Welsh. Shall I start learning?

    So how come they are issuing court claims in their own name?

    A good question and hopefully it will be decided in court one day.

    However, the contract contradicts itself because at 20(b) it allows OPS to offer parking to motorists and issue court proceedings but at 7(a) it talks about "dealing with members of the public who have broken your rules on your local land or car park regulations".

    There's been a local solicitor heavily involved in tackling OPS at Llangrannog. I'm surprised she hasn't latched on to this.

    How does the contract between OPS and landowner impact people like myself who are their victims?

    As for the solicitor, do you mean Sara Powell? If so, I did try and contact her via facebook as that's the only place I found her and she never replied to me. Do you have other person in mind or any other way to contact the solicitor you refer to?

    The Llangrannog welfare association also hasn't helped me much unfortunately, infact reply the first time after months of emailing them and only forwarding me to their website.
