Good morning! 🌻🌻🌻
I cashed out £10.33 from prolific this morning and sent it to the loan. It stands at £11,411 now, I'd like to bring it under £11k by the end of the month. It's a lot, I don't have anything high value to sell but if the phone cashback is approved in time that's just over £100.
I have more shoes to list, I love them but they've been hidden in my wardrobe for year so there's no point in keeping them.
There's also lots of clothes left to list from the last auction lot, I need to take care of that.
Boy1 is out of the car seat so I'm thinking move Boy2 in that seat and sell Boy1's as it has less than 2 years use. I know car seats are not usually allowed to be sold on FB, I'll see if I can sell it to friends.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I have £48 left until next Friday after yesterday's spends. 😶 That should be enough for food and we can do something cheap/free this weekend. Mr JKN is away next week, I'll eat from the freezer so it's just the boys' one meal a day, very doable. Let's see if I manage to get to Friday before resetting the budget, I don't remember the last time that happened!
I listed 5 pairs of shoes on Vinted, they might do better on ebay, I'll list them there as well if I get a fee discount at the weekend.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

Good luck stretching to Friday. Hopefully you have some treats in as they are compulsory when you are left unsupervised 😁Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

NSD yesterday, I didn't even get out of the house except for the school run and and actual run after the morning drop off.
Today we had a barbecue, meat from the freezer and some extra halloumi, courgettes and corn on the cob. I forgot to slice some old wrinkly sweet potatoes but I'll use them tomorrow to make a curry with the extra courgette left.
While Mr JKN was busy with the cooking I cleaned and reupholstered the dining chairs. We painted the dining and lounge last year around September, and that's when I bought an ex-display curtain for £3 from Dunelm to use for the chairs. I did one and can't remember why I stopped, now all 4 are finally matching. Let's see how long until the boys make them look disgusting again. They did a great job with the walls, I don't know how they manage to put so much dirt/grease/food/muck everywhere! 😩
I need to go out and buy wet dog food, I also want to do some sewing. I think I'll start with the sewing, I've had a top cut and ready to sew for weeks, I threaded the machines with matching thread last night (or maybe the one before?), let's see how far I can get in two hours.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I finished the top and wore it to T3sco. I bought dog food, cat food while I was at it, fruit, yoghurt, a salad and a bag of dental sticks for the dog = almost £20
The dental sticks were supposed to be free with shopmium but I forgot to print the receipt. Not the first time. I also lost my salad! 😢 I went back to see if it's the parking spot I was but nope, I think that's where it fell when I was trying to squeeze between my car and the one next to it. I had to buy another one, I could've been £2.25 richer!!! 😖01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I went for a long run this morning and I'm now enjoying a hot coffee ☕️❤️
The gruum free pack has arrived this week - the shampoo bar is full size and smells 🥥 lovely. The soap bars are quite small, not sure if they're half size for the free pack. Still great value for £3.95 postage!
I booked another local run next weekend and I promised the boys McD today. 💸💸💸 It will be tight to stretch the money left until Friday, this is my challenge for the week. There's food in the fridge/freezer/cupboards, fruit bowls are overflowing and I'm collecting more bread and flat breads from olio today, and some satsumas. Community larder on Tuesday as well, it shouldn't be toooooo hard not to spend anything. 😬01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I'm not a big fan @WinterWarrior, I only had Boy2's leftover chips.
£2 left in the weekly budget, I need 4 NSDs in a row now. I can do it! (I think 🥴)01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

Day 1/4 planned NSD (Mon-Thu)
I listed loads on the bay while they have 70% off selling fees. Sold something already and have watchers on other items. Someone just collected a cat tower I listed on FB, that's £15 I need to deposit tomorrow when I go to the larder.
I baked an orange sponge yesterday to have as snacks for the week, inspired by Elisheba's diary - I started reading a few days ago and I'm still going through. Another thing I liked was the to do lists. Here's mine for today:
- water plants ✔
- load the washing machine when the dishwasher is ready (we have solar panels and I'm trying to use the sunny hours for washing/oven/charging the car, never got to work out if I can run both machines at the same time 😆)
- unload the dishwasher
- put the dry laundry away
- list Boy2's old hoodies on V!inted
- trace pattern for Boy2's pjs
- cut pjs in left over fabric form other projects
- do some actual paid work
