£7-£8k for Aircon system

Hi I been given the above estimate for a 10kw Aircon system for my three bed semi detached house. ASHP with 5 or 6 indoor units. Most of the cost is down to labour. Just wondering if anybody has had a similar install and could comment on installation and running costs.

Thanks. I see how it works now.
The unit in the cupboard (pic) is a condensate pump and the other two handlers connect to it.
A single drain pipe goes up through the ceiling and out/down the gable wall.
The handler in question just has the drain pipe going out horizontally along the wall.
Maybe it needs more fall on it.
