Thanks, I hope it all works out okay.

I've really made the most of my day off, relaxing and generally doing as little as possible!

I had my first lie in for months, spent the morning lounging around with a paper and a cooked breakfast, and then took myself off to the gym to work off the breakfast. I then spent the entire afternoon at the gym; working out, swimming, lounging about in the sauna and spa, and then reading at the poolside cafe. **bliss**

This evening I've done a bit of tidying up, sorted the washing and the dishes, and then lounged about with the remains of that bottle of red.

So, all in all, a pretty lazy day, and I've enjoyed every minute of it!

I had a good long chat about the job today, and I have an interview tomorrow evening

What's more, the interviewer is travelling to me and meeting me in a local pub to conduct the interview, so I don't have to travel all the way to their offices and lose an afternoon's pay.

Slightly nervous, but I know I can do the job and now I have the opportunity to 'wow' them, making it difficult for them to turn me down.

Well, the interview seemed to go well.

It's a 2 stage interview process, so I will hear whether I have gone through to the second stage on Monday. There are 7 of us in contention, with 2 going through to the second stage interview - and only one job. I'm quite confident, however I'm not getting my hopes up, I'm still keeping my options open.

I've just completed my first 30 questions on AQA, so I'm awaiting my first review with Chantel - can't wait!

I've made it through to the second stage interview Wasn't expecting to hear until Monday, but I had a call this afternoon.

I've also got another interview on Monday afternoon, and an appointment to register with an agency. Still the chance of staying where I am, but only a slim chance, hence I'm keeping things moving regarding other positions.

I had a read through my AQA answers today, and spotted 2 SPG errors - so no doubt I'll have my wrist slapped about them . I'm hoping everything else will be okay with them though. My only other concern is that I answered a lot of 'hard' questions, when the queue was dead, and thus my hard percentage is over 60%! Hopefully this wont be taken as a bad thing.

Woohoo, I passed my first AQA review.

Overall was 82.3%, which I'm chuffed with for my first few days...My SR wants me aiming for 88%, but I'm going for at least 90.


I've got an online test to complete for one of the jobs I've applied for, but I've had a drink this evening so I'll leave it until tomorrow - after the rugby.

My online test has now gone off to the recruitment office, so I expect to hear from them tomorrow.

I had an interview today with an agency, who have put me straight forward for an account managers job. I've got the formal interview after work.

Finally got my second Bingo winnings cheque paid in today, so that will help out a bit in the meantime.

I also managed to get back in touch with an old friend this evening - Jo - my first crush from when I was at school (started in primary school, I think). We spent ages chatting, and catching up on what we've both been up to and I had a really great time. I've arranged to go out for a drink with her sometime in the near future so I'm feeling really upbeat at the moment!

Today's interview also seemed to go well, so fingers crossed I'll have some positive feedback in the next few days.

Also got the results back from my online test, and they were good enought for me to be put forward for interview - I'm just waiting for an interview date now.

It's all coming together now!
