Yes I will do the consultation.
I think I will end up paying the £60 charge TBH I have until 8th of June to pay out the reduced rate.
I just don't want to be stung £100, and I would be running the risk of it being even higher with the court costs etc. If I had a paid ticket it would be a different matter 😢0 -
With the information provided do you think it is likely that Premier Parking Solutions will take this to court?0

They haven't been prolific lately, at all. They have 6 years, as any small claimant does in E&W.
Never know but no risk of a CCJ as long as they have your current address if you move and if you follow all our advice from defence through to hearing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK they don't have knowledge as to who was driving. Is it advisable that I appeal to IAS stating about the keying error, even though I didn't do the 3rd confirm to produce the ticket?

Yes, may as well as long as you don't pay it when you lose. Only 5% are allowed.
Worth a try though in case the PPC is down on staff and drops the ball.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes if I decided to go that route I would not pay the £100, it my eyes its either pay the £60 or go the whole way.
If things end up going wrong for me, any ideas what the worst case cost could be?0 -
Yep, under £200 tops, if you lost at a small claim hearing and that includes the PCN. You need to read the NEWBIES thread post #2. This is all covered there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well IAS have dismissed my appeal
I guess this is to be expected1 -
It was !!
A judge will be more sympathetic and unbiased , unlike the IAS1 -
The appeals systems paid for and operated by the PPCs have no credibility whatsoever. They can be safely ignored, judges do.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
