We have received a letter Notice of Intention to Procced from bwlegal. Assuming this is their usual spiel
'Our client is confident that the court will find in their favour should the matter proceed to a court hearing. If our client's claim is successful at such a hearing, then it is likely a CCJ may be entered against you. You will also be liable to pay our client's costs in addition to the sums already claimed.'0 -
You will also be liable to pay our client's costs in addition to the sums already claimed. That's absolutely not true. This is small claims. Does it say ''will''?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have checked the Money Claim website. Can't see any sign of sign of them receiving my completed DQ form dispite sending it via email on the 26th of January is this normal.
There is no record of them receiving the DQ form from the claimant either though.0 -
When you submitted your DQ via e-mail, did you receive an auto receipt/reply?3
