    Afternoon turtles,

No NSD here as had the shopping delivered, used £8.50 worth of vouchers which came in helpful. Also had my hair cut finally! I actually hate the small talk and the awkwardness at the hairdressers but I desperately needed it cut.

No work today as still on leave, so had a nice swim first thing this morning and have been chilling watching reruns of GoT in between putting washing out and doing a few jobs around the house. Also attended an arthritis support group which I found really helpful.

Wrote a long post and then it said I didn't have permission to post it. Have logged in (it was letting me do thanks) so here is the condensed version. Some tidying this morning, some helping mum or getting instructions on things she wants me to do. Didn't find the missing set of keys but no problem as the bunch I found when emptying the boiler cupboard has 3 of the missing key and a meter cupboard key.
Went to town this afternoon. Dropped off cs bags (not much left to go now), picked up food, got cash for mum but was too late to make a deposit at my bank. At my house I've tackled the buddleia, the ivy and the self seeded pathside plants and filled the green bin. more ivy cut outside but just left where it fell. Did a bin audit (DS3 did not put the blue bin out yesterday for collection this morning). One large badly folded box was taking up a large space so gave it to DS3 to rip or sqush so it went flat then sent him off round the house to collect paper and card.
Discussed the empty brown and black bins. DS3 waits until the day before collection to start gathering stuff - so they have a house you can't walk round in and 4 empty wheelie bins worth of space? (eek blue hair emoji). No energy to get to Tessimo's to spend my vouchers so called in at the corner shop on my way to the taxi office. Spent too much on stuff I shouldn't have (but resisted kebab cravings - not had  a kebab for about 4 years).
Grateful for making progress, DS3 doing stuff without complaining, neighbours being pleasant and chatty (they have moods).
My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.
