ldee2111- I think you absolutely should bring up the pay discrepancy. But I also know I would really struggle to "make waves" and cause a fuss 🙈, which is why these things happen. Do you have a friendly HR type person in the company you could chat to and get some advice on the reasons you are graded as you are so you can have a list of points to argue in your meeting?
Sunday- and yesterday was NSD 9 and today was a spend day.
Weekend spent working and have been really busy.
Grateful that- although I was working DD got to go riding with a friend, I have solved 2 fairly pressing "childcare issues", that my next full weekend working is several weeks away.6 -
Oh y goodness, I appear to be in a bit of a pickle. It not all bad, but am quite topsy turvy indeed. Also managed to mess up my budget for the month, and clearly overspent. I think I am NSD 6, but it might be more. Not sure!
The weekends gratitudes:
- watching the birds in my little patch of yard, and the colours change with the sunshine and showers.
- Giving the flat a lick and a promise

Bring on Monday, second to last week of teaching for FE. Will the mutts succeed! Today is near last chance to inspire and achieve - some will, some wont!
I am grateful for starting the week on 'my horst' lets see if I can stay on it all week!
This week is all about running and swimming and trying to work out something fun to do next weekend when I will be here by myself from Saturday to Tuesday when ds2 is visiting ds1 for a uni house party - all legal now. And yes - tests will happen now as we are in an 'indian variant pocket' with sharply rising numbers. Now on with work.

Yaaay - I am so excited - I actually got the summer job I applied and interviewed for. I will be interviewing people about their stories and it fits perfectly with my writing and various other experiences, skills and interests. And it helps cover my summer shortfall on the ££ side.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Morning turtles.Another busy weekend with grandkids. 2 day trips -Spendy days both of them we went out, dodged showers and had fun, saw baby cyngets, went on tiny steam train, played by the river ice cream and chips. Hi all
Achieved an NSD think i'm up to 11 now.
Work was ok, but lots of tasks started but not finished.....
DD1 has been in pain with a tooth infection; she has been removed from our dentist's list as she hasn't seen our dentist for 3 years so after lots of phone calls she managed to see an emergency dentist in a town about 15 miles from where she lives and got some antibiotics. Hope they work soon as she is in lots of pain & distress
DD2 is stressing over uni exams and assessments.
I'm trying to stay calm and soothe both DDs' troubles from a distance !
Did exercise class on Fb this eve. Hopefully have partly offset the liquorice alsorts i have consumed
Gratitudes - sunshine all day so I sat in the garden for 10 mins with a cuppa; that DDs can call me with their troubles (i never had this option as a child - or grown up; lovely friend is sending me some lettuce seeds & has sent step by step instructions of how to plant including photos !
