Octopus 16M Fixed February 2025 v3 out - for me, lower for both electricity & gas than v2; in fact, it's only slightly more expensive than the Loyalty Fix, making the latter look unimpressive for a supposed loyalty product... perhaps there will be a v2 Loyalty on the way?0

I hope that what you say applies also for me if I substitute the recent 14-month Fixed into your text. It is sometimes not simple to check.[Is / was there now a 16M v3 Feb 2025 Fix which is more competitive than its predecessors?]Telegraph Sam

Crikey, I'm glad you made me go and look at this, I've just realised that when I swapped onto Economy 7 last week they've put me on Flexible instead of a Fix! Just emailed them.Make £2025 in 2025

I think and hope that what is shown on the Home page is the authoritative determination of what tariff I or we are on at any one time - unless someone goes and changes the displayed details.Telegraph Sam

Just done a check on latest available tariffs against these (mine - E Mids):Octopus 14M Fixed January 2025 v1 (Electric)
Octopus 12M Fixed December 2024 v1 (Gas)
Both more expensive, but that may vary according to usage.0 -
I will need to replicate your checks. You are saying that you can get better rates (for E Mids) in the market than the two fixes that you have quoted?? (depending on usage)
I was under the impression that there was a general upward trend in tariff costs at present.Telegraph Sam

You could get the same impression from the current tracker down trendTelegraph_Sam said:I will need to replicate your checks. You are saying that you can get better rates (for E Mids) in the market than the two fixes that you have quoted?? (depending on usage)

FWIW, and as far as I can see, tomorrow's electricity UR is the lowest on Tracker since the 6th of January.0
