    I get the same when using single tariff page, I don’t want to change both.
    on the same page i have a box that gives you the option for single fuel, its at the top in the center
    I have tried that in the app and the browser, as I said I get the same error

    I didn’t take the chance.  I messaged Octopus on X and made it clear I only wanted to change the gas to the fixed deal and only after my current tracker expires on Feb 15th.  They were to ensure that the electricity tariff was left alone (IOG).  That’s exactly what they’ve done.  All very quick and efficient.

  • anyone know estimates for Tracker starting in January?
    if its cheaper to go on current fix then stay on tracker then I can switch before 1st.

    For me, if I use the main tarrif switch page, I do see tariffs that I can switch to.  If  I try to use the single fuel switch page and select "Gas", I get an error.  If I select Electric it works.  My Electric is currently on Octopus Go and Gas is on Tracker Dec '23.

  • I’m thinking I should fix the gas but leave electricity on the July 24 tracker maybe?

    I can’t use little 4-7pm so don’t think agile would be good for me
