No gas usage graphs via the web site - Also getting a "Unfortunately no data available for your selected date range" message.

On the app, getting data for today/week/month/year, but I have a Home Mini sending data to a different server.

When I go back to the Old Consumption Page - the gas is all showing ok up to Thurs 21 Nov.  It also shows the same readings on the app, but only in kwh, if I go for the £ option it says - sorry we can't estimate this cost just yet, but we're working on it. For now, check your bills for the accurate look at these charges.

Just wondering if this is a glitch specific to the website or if I should be concerned about as it is clearly picking up on the old page.  It has been like this all week.

I've got nothing for gas for the whole year, and strangely there's no data for import & exported electricity for March.

There was a post on Agile, following two posts comparing Agile with Tracker. Then some posts about the coming Free Electricity Session for those signed up (which will be great for those of us on Tracker, but will make no difference to those on Agile).

Morning savers, my tracker(gas) expires on 08/01/25, now it will soon be decision time.
Todays rate (dec 23) 5.72 but july 24 is 6.16. my instinct says go for fixed c5.72, but I guess the best time to do it is when my tracker expires,I believe that way I won’t have to wait 9 months to go back on tracker.
Anyone know if that’s the case please.

Octopus says this, so I’d agree with you:

“Tracker is a 12-month fixed term tariff, which means that whilst your daily unit rates will change, the formula and the standing charges are set for the duration of your term.

You’re free to leave Tracker at any time - there’s no exit fee - but if you decide to leave, you can’t rejoin Tracker for 9 months.”

I wouldn’t move to the new rate either - they look to be deliberately overpricing it to get shot of it in a typically underhand manner. The only potential downside in waiting is a possible increase in fixed rates.

That seems to be the position. Whether you should actually wait depends how likely it is you think you'd leave the fix and return to Tracker before the and of Aug 2025. You risk fixed rates going up in the interim. Seems unlikely you'd do so in the short term, and over the summer it may not make much difference even if Tracker becomes cheaper.

@masonic @Doc_N yeah the latest tracker is about 7.6% over dec 23, and the gas fix @5.72 for me, and no exit fee, will probably go for that on Monday. I will leave my leccy on flux for the foreseeable future.

I'm not going to renew early (mine is 1st Dec) in case I actually decide to exit tracker and then later want back on. 

The only issue with that is fixes might get worse. 

Its a difficult decision really. 

I suspect prices will start to fall, but the political stuff going on e.g. Russia/Ukraine, it could go the opposite way.

Yip, serioulsy considering jumping ship to a fix from gas tracker (mine ends Feb 2025 and I will get licked off as no smart meter)

If I wait the prices will keep going up on the fixes. Tracker has been fab but I think I need a divorce now. Is it a wise move to jump ship now?

I've switched to the fix, tried to do so online but it says start date in Feb 2025 which is when my tracker ends, so I had to phone them.
