So you're getting credits paid? Is the issue just the presentation on the website?Telegraph_Sam said:

They do , usually with(in) your normal monthy bill, but often a stand-alone one.I haven’t had credit yet for the period ending 23rd Aug. but it t will arrive no doubt. The my energy part of the dashboard shows the correct amounts on the custom (monthly) screen when i input 24/7 as the start date.Telegraph_Sam said:Yes. Totally logically they should issue monthly export credit "bills" showing the corresponding meter readings exactly the same as I get for my normal import consumption.

I imagine the system is the same for everyone using a web browser, the apps android/iOs are different though.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -
There are some "anonymous" credits in my past balance history. It looks it is up to me to go through them individually to see if I can get them to tie up with my own records as Outgoing Fixed exports. If they do, fine and well, if they don't it's back to the drawing board.
The point is that it shouldn't be necessary to dig into these details. The overall picture should be visible at a glance, not least so that if there is a fault it stands out. Either in the form of an account summary or as monthly "invoices" parallel to my normal import invoices. Or both.Telegraph Sam
There are also unknown unknowns - the one's we don't know we don't know0 -
Correction to what I wrote previously: It looks like there is a part of my monthly import bill that is devoted to export.Telegraph Sam

So you can see your usage, credits appear on your balance history and on your bills. What exactly is missing? Why not post screenshot of what you see and receive and we can see what we think? A couple of people have shown what they see on their accounts.0

Perhaps on a forum topic that isn't about tracker though as this one appears to have gone very off topic?PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)9

Well said it seems some use this as their personal one stop thread for everything.pete-20-11 said:Perhaps on a forum topic that isn't about tracker though as this one appears to have gone very off topic?6 -

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Bright and breezy here in the SW so I've washed super-kingsize bedlinen and it's out on the washing line. All the "smalls" can wait until tomorrow (rain forecast) and will go on the airer over the dehumidifier...or tumble dry between 1 and 2pm as "free" leccy again.
"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.3
