    Apologies, may I ask were you already with Octopus or have you recently switched?

    Your go live date, is that your choice or the date you will complete your switch?

    I picked it as I want to stay on my fixed with So Energy but also want to go on v3

    already with them for electric - switched in June by ringing

    I was also meaning the guarantee they will put you on V3, even if V4 is out. You want a copy of that!

    I most certainly will be confirming that - he said he will confirm that anyway, just started the switch so will confirm when I have been confirmed!

    No that's incorrect try again, customer service is pot luck with any supplier at the moment.

    Are you already with Octopus?
    They might not be accepting new gas-only customers, lots of suppliers don't (anyone with recent experience of this with Octopus, speak up now).

    Definitely wrong, I'm gas only on Tracker. Try to just sign up for gas if you can if not already with Octopus, I did a month or so ago, then you can change to tracker, but I think I could have got tracker straight away then, I just wasn't sure then.
