This is what I asked:
'Can you please confirm the status of the unit rate cap that you have applied to your Tracker tariff:-
Is this guaranteed to remain in place for the duration of the 12-month fixed-term contract?
Or can it be changed, or removed entirely, during the fixed-term?
If the latter, is any change/removal of the cap subject to a notice period?'
Their response, in all aspects, can be boiled down to 'no guarantees'... as expected.

I disagree still, its ambiguous. I may CC Greg in to the email which confirms otherwise and see what the response is.0

Gas has joined electricity in hitting the v2 & v3 unit rate cap.

Although, I understand it is going to be very warm or hot, and breezy, early next week so maybe prices will come down
ie...pay a little less now and keep the DD the same, then if tracker tariff is upped and I end up on new svt come October, I wouldn't have to put my DD up so much.0 -

Not for me, gas is only 10.99p hereFor some reason, the 40p/11p caps are, in practice, 39.99p/10.99p... which makes a world of difference!

Drop in today's electricity DA, but not enough to stop tomorrow's unit rate hitting the cap again (for me, at least), the third consecutive day.It also means that the average daily unit rate so far this month has just crept up above the Agile cap (for me, it's 35.27p/kWh).1
